Shipping Policy

1. Online Payment Shipping:
Order processing and shipment are carried out within 5 business days from the date the payment is credited via available online payment methods (e.g., card payment, e-transaction, fast transfer).

2. Cash on Delivery Shipping:
If the "cash on delivery" option is selected, the package is dispatched within 5 business days from the placement and confirmation of the order in our store. The package is shipped via InPost.

3. Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via a courier company / InPost.

4. Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time from dispatch to pickup is usually 1 to 3 business days, depending on the location.

5. Remarks:
When placing an order, please provide accurate delivery address and contact details. In case of delays or issues with shipping, we will contact the Customer to determine further steps.
