RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. After withdrawal, the goods must be returned without delay, no later than within 14 days.

• To streamline the return process – include the order number and the bank account number for the refund in the return shipment, or send this information to us via email at kontakt@balter.com.pl with the subject “Return order number ***”.
• Returned items should not show signs of use and should have the original tags attached.
• The items should be shipped back to us at the following address:

• The package with the return should not be sent cash on delivery or via e-ship service.
• For shipping, please use the InPost Quick Returns system via the link.
• As soon as we register your return, we will issue the refund immediately, no later than within 14 days of receiving the order, according to the payment method used.
• Please keep the tracking number of the shipment.

EXCHANGES

If you did not select a comfortable size or changed your mind regarding which of our clothes suits you best, you always have 14 days from the date of receiving the order to exchange the product.

• To exchange an item, first send us an email at kontakt@balter.com.pl.
• In the subject line, include “Exchange order #” along with the order number.
• In the message body, specify the item you want to exchange and the size.
• You will receive a link for an additional payment if you chose a more expensive item, a confirmation of a refund if you chose a cheaper item, or a confirmation of receipt when there’s no price difference.
• Upon receiving the item, we will immediately send your exchanged product back to you.
• We do not accept items with signs of use or without the original tags attached.
• The package should not be sent cash on delivery or via Szybkie Zwroty service.
• The cost of returning the item to us is covered by the Buyer.
